1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website budgetrental.org (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use this Site. Budget Rental reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

2. Nature of Service

Budget Rental is an independent third-party car rental booking agency. We are not a car rental company. We do not own or operate any vehicles. We act as an intermediary between travelers and car rental suppliers including, but not limited to, Enterprise, Hertz, Avis, Budget, National, Alamo, Dollar, Thrifty, and Sixt.

Rates displayed on this Site or quoted by our agents are provided by our supplier partners and are subject to availability and change until a booking is confirmed. An administrative service fee may apply and will be disclosed to you before payment is processed.

3. Booking and Reservations

All bookings made through Budget Rental are subject to the following conditions:

• Reservations are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Budget Rental.
• Rates are subject to change until the booking is fully confirmed and paid.
• You must present a valid driver's license and credit card in the renter's name at the time of vehicle pickup.
• Age restrictions may apply depending on the rental supplier and pickup location. Renters under 25 may be subject to a young driver surcharge.
• Budget Rental is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by the rental supplier at the counter, including but not limited to fuel charges, insurance upgrades, or one-way fees not included in your booking.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the rental supplier, vehicle type, and rate selected. Some bookings may be non-refundable. The specific cancellation policy applicable to your reservation will be clearly stated at the time of booking and in your confirmation email. To cancel or modify a reservation, you must contact Budget Rental directly at 1-866-495-1676.

5. Pricing and Fees

All prices quoted include applicable taxes and the Budget Rental administrative service fee unless otherwise stated. Prices are in US Dollars. Budget Rental is not responsible for currency fluctuations or additional bank charges for international transactions.

Optional extras such as GPS navigation, child seats, additional driver fees, and insurance products offered at the rental counter are not included in the base rate unless explicitly stated in your booking confirmation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Budget Rental acts solely as an agent for the rental supplier. We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any rental supplier, or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budget Rental's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Budget Rental in connection with the applicable booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Budget Rental or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use this Site to:

• Submit false or misleading information in connection with a booking.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.
• Transmit any spam, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

9. Privacy

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the competent courts of the United States.
